What Cribb is
Cribb is a tool for publishing a page about a place and sharing a link to it. Cribb is not a booking platform, a marketplace, an agent, or a party to any arrangement between a host and a guest.
Your page is yours
You keep ownership of everything you upload — your photos, your words, your details. You give Cribb permission to display them on your page and in the link previews that page generates, for as long as your page is published. Pause or delete it and that permission ends.
What you're responsible for
You are responsible for what your page says being true, for having the right to publish the photos on it, and for following the laws that apply where your place is — including registration, tax, and any rules about who may let a property to whom. Only publish a place you actually have the right to offer.
What guests should know
Pages are written by hosts. Cribb does not verify hosts, inspect places, hold deposits, or guarantee anything about a stay. You deal directly with the host and use your own judgement. Read "How Cribb works" before sending anyone money.
Money
No money passes through Cribb. Cribb takes no commission and holds no deposits. Anything you pay, you pay directly to the host by whatever method the two of you agree.
Reports and suspension
Anyone can report a page. Reports are private and are reviewed by a person. Cribb may pause a page or suspend an account at its discretion — for example where a page appears to be fraudulent, or is not the host's to publish. Where a page is paused, links to it keep working and show an unavailable page rather than breaking.
Your links
Share links are meant to last: Cribb does not recycle a code, so a link you shared will never lead somewhere unexpected. Deleting a page permanently retires its links.
Your data
Cribb stores what it needs to run: your account details, your page content, and counts of how often your links were opened. Guests who message you through a page have their name and number stored — that data is yours, not marketing material, and Cribb does not sell it or use it to market to guests.
Ending it
You can delete your page or your account whenever you like, without asking anyone. Cribb may close an account that is being used to defraud people or to publish places that aren't theirs.
